Quality and innovation are Sven’s passion. He gained his experience in the ‘Pasta a Gogo’ restaurant in Las Americas, and the ‘Cueva’ restaurant in Parque Albatros on the Golf Del Sur. Sven took over as Head Chef here at Volcanic Islands from his father Bernard three years ago and now looks after the menu selection and preparation of our delicious range of dishes. All our food is lovingly prepared and served and our overall aim is the complete satisfaction of our guests.
